Brief bio




Marta Stelmaszak translated and interpreted (in-house, freelance, technically, literally, consecutively, simultaneously) for few years and she got to know the industry inside out. Now, apart from translating, she’s a translation and communication consultant, a professional speaker and a prolific author. She’s helping freelance translators kick off their careers and she also assists companies in growing their translation businesses.


Key Achievements



Marta developed a very successful training programme for interpreters, published several e-books on the translation business and launched this very attractive information portal for translators.


Experience



Interpreting Trainer: Marta developed a broad network of clients, designed a thorough and engaging training process, delivered interesting and insightful workshops.
Translation Business Developer: Marta supervised various translators with developing their own businesses, advised translators and translation service providers on management and marketing strategies. She also organised professional online training workshops.
Freelance translator and interpreter: Marta was translating within official and business context for commercial clients, governments and private customers.
